Lee Beauchamp, Director of Marine Operations img

Lee joined the staff at Admiral's Cove in October, 1999 from Pier 66 Marina in Ft. Lauderdale, where he served as the Marina Director for five years. His 30+ years in marina management include positions as Marina Director/ Harbor Master at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center in Ft. Lauderdale, the Boca Raton Resort & Club and the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor in the British Virgin Islands. Lee graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. His maritime qualifications include a 100 ton Coast Guard Captains License, a P.A.D.I. certification as Scuba Dive Master and a Yacht Brokerage License. Lee and his wife Cristeena have been married 26 years and reside in Palm Beach Country Estates. They have two wonderful children; Nicole and Michael.


Ryan Replinski, Marina Assistant Harbourmaster

Ryan joined the staff at our Marina in October of 2002 as a Dock Attendant and was promoted to Assistant Harbormaster in December 2004. He was born and raised in Florida and graduated from Dwyer High School. Ryan attends Palm Beach Community College pursuing a degree in Business Management and Computer Engineering. In May 2007 Ryan received his United States Coast Guard 6-Pack Captain’s License. He also recently completed the Safe Boating Course with the United States Power Squadron. Ryan's hobbies include open-water fishing and motorcycling.





Barbara Niechwadowicz- Ship’s Store Supervisorimg

Barbara joined the marina staff in November 2007. She was previously employed as the Golf Shop Manager at the Legacy Golf & Tennis Club in St. Lucie West. She was born and raised in Randolph, NJ and moved to St. Lucie West in 1996. In her spare time Barbara enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with friends. In April 2008 Barbara completed the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary’s Boating Safely course.







David Waldo, Dock Attendantimg

David joined the marina team in August, 2006. He previously was employed as a Dock Attendant at the Hilton Marina in Key West. He was born in Orlando and raised in Hilliard Florida. At 6 foot, 7 inches you can imagine he enjoys playing basketball. David will graduate from Florida Atlantic University in the fall of 2008 with a degree in Marketing. In June 2007 David completed the America’s Boating Course through the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, fishing and playing the guitar.




Jim Wiggins, Dock Attendant

imgJim started at Admiral’s Cove in February 2008. He was born in Florence SC and was raised there and Miami. Jim studied Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University and graduated with a degree in Industrial Management. He is also a United States Marine Corp Reserve Veteran. Jim recently retired from his own marine construction company and enjoys photography and boating.
