A distinguished Executive Chef

Chef Tod Feit has been the Executive Chef at the Club at Admirals Cove for the past 18 years and has been instrumental in maintaining the Club’s Platinum Level status. He is very proud of the culinary team he has trained over the years – as they all share his dedication to culinary perfection. As part of his impressive background, he attended Cafe de Paris in Bashir, France, under Chef restaurateur Pierre Laporte, as well as successfully holding the position of Executive Chef for the Boca Raton Resort’s Beach Club for seven years. At Admirals Cove, every item on the menu is special to Chef Tod.

Gourmet Dining

At Blü (East) guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Marina and outdoor terrace with a fire pit seating area. Lunch is offered every day during season, plus dinner Friday and Saturday. In the evening, this venue specializes in seafood, high quality beef, and creative specials. Members particularly enjoy the gracious service they receive from the attentive staff. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres are served before seating for dinner, in a living room area that is part of the 19th Hole bar. Live entertainment, with top jazz artists, is featured on Fridays and Saturdays.

27West (Golf Village) offers lunch daily and dinner three nights during the week. This newly renovated restaurant and bar has a contemporary elegant flare! An upscale twist on American favorites, that include fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Lunch is served seven days, and dinner on Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays. Enjoy cocktails with friends at our beautifully crafted honey onyx bar, or grab a table in the lounge and enjoy the striking views of the Golf Course!  27West is a excellent choice for a family gathering or an intimate dinner for two. 

Marina Cafe (East) is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day during season. This special venue offers casual dining right on the water. The Café menu is highlighted by great salads, seafood, and freshly-made pizzas from an onsite pizza oven. The bar has an inviting and exciting atmosphere, with a large fish tank and sports featured on large screen televisions. 

Two Halfway Houses are great places to stop when you are on the links. The Clubhouse kitchens supply fresh sandwiches, soups, smoothies, and more.

Harbourview Room is the Club’s major banquet facility. This venue is used for many Club special events, including family buffets and high-end entertainment. During peak holiday weeks, there is a family buffet almost every night. Members are also invited to host private events like weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate and fundraising events.
