Professional Training

Personal Training is one-on-one assistance in the development and/or improvement of an exercise program. Clients work individually with a fitness professional trained and certified in all areas of physical fitness.

Your trainer will:

  • Use the latest techniques and most effective programming to design your training schedule

Pilates

Enjoy Private, Semi-private or Group lessons available in one of our three beautifully appointed Pilates studios, located on the upper level of the Fitness Center. Our Private studio is fully equipped with Reformers, Cadillacs, Trapeze, Tower, EXO chair, and Barrel by Balanced Body, and our Group Studios are equipped with Allegro Reformers and the new Allegro II Reformers. This safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen, and streamline your body does so without building bulk or stressing your joints.
